SUGGESTED ITINERARY - I SRILANKA MAP

Day 01 - Arrive at Colombo airport. Drive stright to Kandy (5 hours). On the way visit Pinnawala Elephant sanctuary. Also visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya. Overnight at Kandy.

Day 02. Sight-seeing of Kandy - the Tooth Relic Temple. After lunch, drive to the picturesque hill town of Newara Eliya. Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

Day 03. Morning sight-seeing of Nuwara Eliya - visit the tea gardens and tea factory. After lunch drive to Bentota, the beach resort. Overnight at Bentota.

Day 04. Day at leisure on the beach at Bentota. Overnight at Bentota.

Day 05. Drive to Colombo in the morning and do sight-seeing of Colombo city and night halt at Colombo.

ITINERARY - II ( HISTORICAL PLACES INCLUDED)

Day 01 - Arrive at Colombo airport. Drive straight to Anuradhapura (5 hours), the ancient capitol of Sri Lanka. After seeing the ruins, proceed to Sigiriya for overnight stay.

Day 02 - Early morning, climb the Sigiriya rock fortress and come back to hotel for for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed to Kandy en route visting Dambulla Caves. Kandy city tour and overnight at Kandy.

Day 03 - Excursion to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and on the way back visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya. Overnight at Kandy.

Day 04 - Leave for Nuwara Eliya, an enchanting hill stastion at about 2500 meters above mean sea level.En route, visit the Tea Plantation and Factory.
Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

Day 05 - Leave for Bentota, a beach resort. Relax and enjoy on the beach. Overnight at Bentota.

Day 06 - Drive to Colombo. City sight-seeing of Colombo and overnight at Colombo. Overnight at Colombo.

Day 03 - Early morning Jeep Safari to Yala/Bundala National Park. Then proceed to Nuwara Eliya for overnight stay.

Day 04 - After visitng tea plantations and factory in Nuwara Eliya, proceed to Kandy. Sight-seeing of Kandy and overnight at Kandy.

Day 08 - The day free on the beach resort of Negombo.
